In December 2014 OeEB has provided a long-term credit line of EUR 20 million to Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. k (“TSKB”), the industrial development bank of Türkiye, to finance renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in Türkiye. In May 2023 and May 2025, the funds were increased by USD 25 million each time.

OeEB's credit lines are intended to help improve energy supply and energy efficiency in Türkiye and reduce dependence on fuel imports. Furthermore, by reducing greenhouse gas emissions they aim to contribute climate protection.
