How does OeEB cooperate with you?
OeEB supports projects featuring a favourable sustainable development impact in each respective partner country. Throughout the entire length of the project, OeEB assumes the role of an active cooperation partner.
Support right from the beginning
The aim of OeEB is to support you and your project from the earliest possible stage onwards. The best way of procedure in this respect would be to jointly structure your project idea and / or evaluate already existing project documentation.
Do feel encouraged to contact us as early as possible, in order to jointly make the project become “bankable” (e.g. related to the parties involved, experienced consultants, structuring of collaterals, etc.).
Furthermore, we submit a letter of interest in order to support you over the remaining tenor of the project. Your sharing of information on your clear idea of OeEB's involvement on the project is of paramount importance to us.
Following international standards
Given OeEB's public mandate, its projects must comply with standards approved in a development political context. Moreover, OeEB committed itself to respect further international environmental, social and labour standards, as listed below. The acceptance and sharing of these commitments by project partners is a prerequisite for OeEB's involvement in any project. This also implies that project partners aim to commit themselves to sign these criteria in writing and that the implementation of project activities will be monitored at least once a year.
