The Directors of the EDFI Group agreed at their meeting in October 2008 to prepare a paper, underlying the even stronger need for support to private sector enterprises from its members under the present financial crises, where a number of financial institutions will withdraw their activities due to the perceived risks and shortage of liquidity.
